Job summary

Inova Health System is seeking an EPIC Certified Systems Analyst Sr to join the EPIC ClinDoc team. This full-time, remote role supports office hours Monday to Friday with remote eligibility for several states, including WV.

The candidate will implement and maintain EpicCare systems, coordinate updates, manage testing, and scope projects to meet clinical and business needs. A bachelor’s degree and EPIC ClinDoc certification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree typically required.
• 3 years Epic build and implementation experience.
• EPIC ClinDoc certification required at start.

Responsibilities

• Implements and maintains EpicCare systems and databases to ensure optimum performance.
• Defines modifications to application software or databases to address system functions or enhancements.
• Facilitates Epic updates, new releases and system enhancements; manages testing and project scoping.
• Manages complex IT projects using EpicCare to meet business needs.
• Coordinates vendor demos, site visits and reference calls.
• Supports training and mentoring activities for team members.
