Job summary

Inova Health in Northern Virginia seeks an EPIC Certified Systems Analyst Sr to join the EPIC ClinDoc team. This full-time, days role is fully remote with eligibility for residents in VA, MD, DC, DE, FL, GA, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX and WV.

You will implement and maintain EpicCare systems, manage testing, and coordinate updates and training to optimize clinical workflows. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or 4 years’ experience, 3 years Epic build experience, and EPIC ClinDoc certification on start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years relevant professional experience.
• 3 years of Epic build and implementation experience.
• EPIC ClinDoc certification required upon start.

Responsibilities

• Implements and maintains EpicCare systems and databases to ensure optimum performance.
• Defines modifications to application software or databases to address system functions or enhancements.
• Facilitates Epic updates, new releases and system enhancements; manages testing and project scoping.
• Manages complex IT projects using EpicCare to meet business needs.
• Initiates issues for resolution and escalates status to management.
• Coordinates vendor demos, site visits and reference calls.
• Supports team training and mentoring activities.
