Job summary

Ideal candidates will have active Epic Cheers certification plus experience with at least one additional Epic module, and a minimum of five years in healthcare with substantial client-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Active Epic certification in Epic Cheers Campaigns and at least one additional application.
• 5+ years in healthcare with 3+ years of direct client-facing experience and workflows like patient portals and encounter closure.
• 4+ years’ experience with Epic implementation and/or support; Cheers, Campaigns and CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Epic Cheers Campaigns and CRM campaigns and outreach for the New England CDOs.
