Responsibilities

• Maintains Epic certification in assigned application module.
• Provides Epic product function, design, and build expertise for successful implementation.
• Provides on-site support during Go-live/Downtime events.
• Designs future-state workflows and translates them into proper system configuration.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to analyze business/operational needs.
