Job summary

You will work with cross-functional teams to design, build, test, and deploy system enhancements that improve patient care and clinical workflows. The role requires at least 3 years in healthcare IT with Epic experience, strong user support, and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years healthcare IT experience, including Epic build experience.
• Certification in two or more Epic modules is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and end-user support skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support for Epic and related clinical/revenue cycle applications.
• Lead design/build/testing activities for EHR enhancements and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improvements.
• Participate in validation and testing of EHR systems to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support project management tasks and maintain documentation.
