Strong communication, teamwork, and Epic Cadence certification are required, with willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Epic experience required.
• Epic Cadence/Referrals certification.
• Strong communication and ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders to optimize Cadence/Referrals configuration, function, and access.
• Serves as primary end-user contact for Cadence/Referrals support.
• Leads design, development, testing, and maintenance of the application.
• Documents workflows and runs validation testing.
• Analyzes IT in clinical workflows and its impact on processes.
• Supports junior staff with tickets, data retrieval, and operations.
