Job summary

University of Miami Health System (UHealth) is seeking an Epic Analyst for Resolute Billing to support and optimize the Epic application in collaboration with stakeholders and end-users. The role involves design, development, testing, and documentation, plus day-to-day support, on-call rotations, and cross-team training.

A Bachelor’s degree and Epic certification plus 3 years of healthcare experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a support contact for application end-users and resolve issues.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain the Epic Resolute Billing module.
• Support all testing phases and document workflow changes.
• Analyze IT impacts on clinical work processes and workflows.
• Provide day-to-day application support and respond to service tickets.
• Collaborate with trainers on changes and new features and develop training strategies.
• Participate in on-call rotations and team meetings and report to leadership.
