Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking an Epic Cadence/Prelude Analyst III to lead complex, cross-functional projects across the patient access experience. You will define configuration standards, validation strategies, and integration frameworks aligning workflows into a unified platform.

The role demands 7+ years with Epic Prelude and Cadence, strong testing and mentoring capabilities, and the ability to influence stakeholders and drive end-to-end process improvements. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Epic Prelude and Cadence, including one full implementation.
• Experience integrating Prelude, Cadence and other patient access apps like MyChart.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale patient access projects with influence over design decisions.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate design sessions with operational leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects involving Prelude and Cadence to design end-to-end patient access workflows.
• Execute comprehensive testing plans in collaboration with the team and stakeholders.
• Oversee validation strategy, regression testing frameworks, and release planning for Prelude and Cadence initiatives.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Cadence and Prelude functionality and drive process improvements.
• Mentor analysts and guide growth in Prelude and Cadence.
• Act as primary technical liaison to workgroups for scheduling and registration, translating goals into a roadmap.
• Champion best practices for system build and workflow design across patient access.
• Develop and oversee integrated testing strategies for major enhancements.
