Job summary

GHR Healthcare is seeking an Epic Certified Cadence Analyst to support a remote, 6-month contract focused on Decision Tree builds and scheduling optimization.

The ideal candidate will hold an active Epic Cadence certification, have 3+ years of Cadence build experience, and excel at gathering requirements, configuring workflows, testing, and go-live support across the Epic scheduling ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Active Epic Cadence Certification required.
• 3+ years of Epic Cadence build experience.
• Experience supporting Epic implementations, optimization, or upgrades.
• Strong understanding of patient scheduling workflows and access management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, and maintain Epic Cadence functionality.
• Develop and optimize Decision Trees to support scheduling workflows.
• Analyze scheduling workflows and recommend best-practice solutions.
• Partner with operational leaders, scheduling teams, and clinical stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Configure providers, departments, visit types, scheduling templates, and appointment rules.
• Participate in workflow design sessions and translate operational requirements into Epic build.
• Perform system testing, integrated testing, and support UAT.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution.
• Assist with go-live planning, command center support, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and change control artifacts.
• Collaborate with other Epic teams for integrated Epic ecosystem.
