Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications.
• Perform business/systems analysis, define requirements, and document designs.
• Plan, design/build, test, implement, and support Epic software workflows.
• Document workflows and create training materials for implementation.
• Provide guidance and end-user support to maximize Epic usability.
• Lead small to medium projects; update stakeholders on progress.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and resolve routine to moderately complex issues.
