Qualifications

• 3 years of Epic module(s) systems administration experience.
• Ability to analyze, design, configure and test Epic tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrates knowledge of project management principles.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications.
• Perform workflow analysis and document requirements.
• Provide user guidance and resolve end-user issues.
• Manage small to medium projects and update stakeholders on progress.
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve problems.
