Job summary

OCHIN is seeking an experienced Epic Beaker Solutions Analyst to join the Maintenance Team. You will configure and support Epic EHR workflows for Acute Care member clinics, collaborating with members and staff to deliver accurate, secure, and efficient processes with a focus on financial outcomes.

The role requires at least 1 year as an Epic Applications Analyst, Beaker experience, and CP certification. A lab operations background and LIS familiarity are highly valued.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an Epic Applications Analyst, ideally with Beaker.
• Epic Beaker CP certification or proficiency is required.
• Epic Certification in Order Transmittal or EpicCare Ambulatory is preferred.
• Lab operations background is required.
• Experience in a Medical Laboratory as a technologist/scientist is highly desired.
• Experience in an LIS system is highly desired.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills with both application and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality per specifications and maintain clear documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and maintenance issues.
• Drive documentation and knowledge sharing to support process improvements.
• Develop competency in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
