Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as an Epic Applications Analyst, ideally with Beaker experience.
• Epic Beaker CP certification or proficiency is required.
• Epic Certification is Order Transmittal or EpicCare Ambulatory is preferred.
• Lab operations background is required.
• Experience in a Medical Laboratory as a technologist/scientist is highly desirable.
• Experience in an LIS system is highly desirable.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and end-user audiences.
• Applicants complete a 50–60 minute competency assessment before interviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality per specifications with clear usability documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues to ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and maintenance.
• Drive documentation and knowledge sharing to support process improvements across teams.
• Pursue skill development in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
