Job summary

Lee Health is seeking an Advanced Application Analyst to join our Epic Beaker team within Information Systems, supporting laboratory applications that enable accurate, efficient workflows across our clinical laboratories.

The role owns the design, build, optimization, and support of Epic Beaker and related laboratory systems, working closely with laboratory leadership, clinicians, and other IT teams to ensure reliable performance, seamless instrument integration, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• MT/MLS background strongly preferred.
• Experience with Epic Beaker or comparable LIS in build and support.
• 5+ years of experience supporting healthcare applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, and maintain Epic Beaker workflows for pathology/lab ops.
• Provide advanced application support for Epic Beaker and related systems.
• Collaborate with leadership, pathologists, and clinicians to analyze needs.
• Support instrument connectivity and interface troubleshooting.
• Participate in Epic upgrades, testing, and new functionality.
• Develop and execute test plans for enhancements and integrations.
• Troubleshoot incidents impacting workflows and resolve promptly.
• Ensure CLIA, CAP, and regulatory compliance of applications.
• Provide guidance to lab and IT stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and build standards for systems.
