Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead IT staff through recruiting, training, assigning projects, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure staff alignment with mission, plan, budgets, and policies.
• Guide projects to stay on track and report status to leadership.
• Review and implement advances in technology and industry best practices.
• Assist with operating and capital budgets using benchmark data.
• Act as liaison to business managers to ensure product value and outcomes.
