Job summary

Vernovis is seeking an Epic Beaker Technical Analyst to lead a multi-year Epic Beaker implementation across AP, CP and Genomics. The role requires hands-on Beaker AP certification and collaboration with laboratory, clinical, technical, and operational teams to ensure go-live readiness.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Beaker AP deployment experience in healthcare or lab environments, strong knowledge of lab workflows, data migration, and system validation, and will work across teams to

Qualifications

• Current Epic Beaker AP certification is required with hands-on implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing Epic Beaker AP in healthcare or laboratory settings.
• Experience supporting AP, CP, Genomics or laboratory information systems.
• Strong understanding of Anatomic Pathology workflows, config, testing and readiness.
• Experience with legacy data conversion, data validation and migration.
• Ability to translate lab requirements into standardized workflows with stakeholders.
• Experience in large, multi-year program implementations.
• Familiarity with legacy migration environments and genomics workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support a multi-year Epic Beaker implementation across AP, CP and Genomics workstreams.
• Manage pre-work checklists ensuring modules and add-ons are completed.
• Assist with AP data conversion and validation.
• Support CP workflow development and code setup.
• Coordinate genomics module implementation and sequencing requirements.
• Assist with legacy system migration efforts and data transition.
• Provide operational support across implementation phases and go-lives.
• Collaborate with analysts, technical teams and operations for readiness.
