Job summary

e4health is seeking an experienced Epic Authorization Build Consultant for a 3–4 month remote engagement. You will implement and configure Epic eMPA, Real-Time Eligibility, and Real-Time Authorization workflows, collaborating with revenue cycle and clinical teams to ensure client requirements are met.

The role requires hands-on keyboard work, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of build changes. Candidates should have 5+ years of Epic experience and relevant certifications where

Qualifications

• Hands-on Epic eMPA implementation, build and configuration.
• Experience with RTE, including build or modification.
• Ability to independently execute Epic builds and troubleshoot.
• Strong understanding of Epic authorization workflows and revenue cycle.
• Experience with SLA build/configuration and interfaces (HL7, API).
• 5+ years of Epic experience in relevant areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on Epic eMPA implementation, build, and configuration.
• Configure Epic authorization workflows to support client requirements.
• Modify Epic RTE functionality through build/configuration.
• Modify Epic RTA functionality via build/configuration.
• Test, troubleshoot, and validate configurations.
• Document changes and testing results; support issue resolution.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle and clinical teams.
