Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Contract Management Technician to support client contract loading, validation, and troubleshooting within our Epic-based workflows. This remote role requires active Epic certification in RHB390 and/or RPB390 and strong analytical skills.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, maintain up-to-date contract data, and assist in budgeting and reimbursement analyses while traveling to client sites as needed.

Formación

• Must have at least 2 years Epic certification in RHB390 or RPB390.
• 2+ years payer reimbursement experience.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with Epic tools preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Load and validate contracts and support related training.
• Maintain Epic certification for RHB390 or RPB390.
• Support reconciliation, reimbursement analyses, and identify payment variances.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams; track update dates for Medicare/DRG changes.
