Vail Resorts Corporate is seeking an Epic Ascent Guest Experience Concierge for a remote winter seasonal role. You will build premium guest experiences, coordinate private lessons, and manage logistics from pre-arrival planning through on-mountain support.

As a dedicated concierge and trusted advisor, you will connect with guests, instructors, and resort partners, delivering seamless, personalized service while supporting cross‑functional teams and maintaining accurate guest records.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years relevant concierge or hospitality experience.
• Ability to deliver personalized, high-touch service to premium guests.
• Strong verbal and written communication; coordinate across departments.

Aufgaben

• Deliver elevated, personalized guest experiences by creating meaningful connections and modeling Epic Service.
• Act as the primary contact for ski and snowboard school guests and internal support needs via phone, email, text, and in-person interactions.
• Coordinate private lesson and specialty product logistics, including booking support and routing.
• Own the guest experience by resolving escalated issues with empathy and collaborative problem solving.
• Partner with Product Sales & Services, Ski & Snowboard School, and leadership for seamless guest experiences.
• Manage workflows, tracking tools, and guest records for accuracy and continuity.
• Monitor operations, identify service risks, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Process POS transactions and manage guest profiles, payments, adjustments, and orders.
• Recommend products and upgrades to maximize the resort experience.
• Maintain knowledge of resort products, policies, and School operations as a resource.
