Job summary

Virtua Health is seeking an IS Application Analyst to serve as the main liaison to business areas, documenting needs and recommending IS solutions. You will provide 24x7 on-call support, manage vendor relations for several applications, and review release notes for impact on users.

Ideal candidates have Epic Willow Ambulatory and/or Inpatient certification and a clinical or pharmacy background. 6-month certification timelines apply where required, with remote work options in multiple states.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in IT or healthcare operations related field.
• Healthcare business or clinical specialty experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary IS liaison to the business area and documents needs.
• Provides 24x7 on-call operational support for applications.
• Manages vendor relations for multiple applications using IS PM tools.
• Reviews releases and upgrades for impact on end-users and training.
