Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) seeks an Epic Analyst II-Lumens to join our IT team. The role involves gathering and analyzing data, supporting Epic implementations, and optimizing clinical and business workflows across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Epic Application Analyst experience, an Associate’s degree in a related field, and Epic certification or will obtain it within six months.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Clinical, Informatics, Computer Science, Business or related field is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in healthcare IT may be accepted in lieu of an Associate’s degree.
• Epic certification or accreditation in designated functionality module(s) is required or must be obtained within six (6) months.

Responsabilités

• Under general supervision, assists in the gathering and analyzing data, development, support and functionality roll out of Epic and other supporting IT systems.
• Assists local ministries in optimizing their workflow processes through building applications tailored to meet the organization’s needs.
• Demonstrates a very good working knowledge of the Epic system’s capabilities and functional use to assist in implementation of systems that meet process needs.

Formation

Associate’s degree in Clinical, Informatics, Computer Science, Business or related field is required.
