Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a specialist to configure, roll out, and support its Epic Ambulatory applications. You will perform business/system analysis, define requirements, document them, and collaborate on system design and problem resolution.

Responsibilities include end-user guidance, training material creation, and managing small to medium projects with stakeholder updates. Requires Epic experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to handle moderate complexity tasks.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Experience with Epic Ambulatory.
• Ability to handle analysis, design, configuration and testing tasks at basic to moderate levels of complexity.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrates knowledge of project management principles related to assigned tasks.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Configure, roll out, and support Epic Ambulatory applications.
• Perform business/system analysis, define requirements and document them.
• Design, test, implement, and support Epic software.
• Provide end-user guidance and create training materials.
• Lead small to medium projects independently and update stakeholders.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to resolve issues.
