Highmark Health is seeking a specialist to configure, roll out, and support the Ambulatory Epic application(s). The role involves business/system analysis, requirements documentation, system design, and problem resolution to ensure standardized Epic workflows.

The candidate will document workflows, support environments, and create training materials, while guiding end-users to optimize Epic usability and resolve issues.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Experience with Epic Ambulatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.

Aufgaben

• Configures, rolls out, and supports the Ambulatory Epic application(s).
• Performs workflow analysis and documents requirements; designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Provides guidance and support to end-users to enhance Epic usage and resolves end-user issues.
• Contributes to small to medium projects and keeps stakeholders updated on progress and issues.
