Job summary

United Health Services (UHS) is seeking an Ambulatory Application Analyst III to support and optimize critical clinical and business applications. The role focuses on production support, high availability, project leadership, and process improvement across Epic modules and related applications.

Responsibilities include SME-level guidance, complex ticket management, and collaboration with planning teams to align system design with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Epic experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in IT or healthcare field.
• PMI certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Current MyChart certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for ambulatory and EHR applications across modules.
• Independently manage complex tickets, enhancements, and project workstreams.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving across IS pillars, security, and hardware.
• Develop and promote best practices for integrated application design and support.
• Lead implementation and transition activities for builds, upgrades, and projects.
