TEKsystems is seeking an Epic Analyst to support Epic Ambulatory and Phoenix within a fast-paced healthcare environment. The role requires independent ownership of requirements through implementation and strong collaboration with clinical and operational teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Epic analyst experience, deep Epic Ambulatory exposure, and hands-on Phoenix support. This remote, contract position emphasizes project management and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Epic analyst experience.
• Strong Epic Ambulatory experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting Epic Phoenix.
• Ability to independently own work from analysis through implementation.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Epic Ambulatory, and Phoenix applications
• Gather requirements, analyze workflows, and design solutions
• Build, test, implement, and optimize Epic functionality
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide operational support
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and enhancement efforts
• Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to improve workflows
• Support clinical documentation, navigators, SmartForms, rules, decision support, and care coordination tools
