Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Epic Ambulatory / Phoenix Analyst to design, build, and optimize Epic workflows across ambulatory operations. The role partners with clinical and technical teams to ensure high-quality solutions, strong production support, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds Epic Ambulatory Certification, Phoenix experience, and 5+ years of Epic analyst work in healthcare, with excellent communication and project-management

Qualifications

• Epic Ambulatory Certification is required.
• Epic Phoenix experience is required.
• 5+ years of Epic application analyst experience.
• Experience supporting ambulatory clinical workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Epic Ambulatory and Phoenix initiatives, including project work and KTLO.
• Perform full lifecycle analyst responsibilities: requirements gathering, workflow redesign, build, test, and go-live support.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and enhancements.
• Investigate production issues and provide break-fix support.
• Collaborate with clinicians, operations and IT to optimize workflows and systems.
• Support core ambulatory workflows: documentation, navigators, SmartForms, rules, care coordination.
