Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Epic Rev/Access Product Team, focusing on Revenue Cycle and Patient Access applications.

You will drive best practices, manage daily operations, and partner with leaders to continually improve products and services for a national provider network. The role requires steering design reviews, change control, and performance management while maintaining strong relationships across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, healthcare, health informatics, related field, or equivalent experience; master’s degree preferred.
• Certification in at least one of the following applications is required (more than one is preferred): Resolute Hospital Billing, Resolute Professional Billing, Prelude, or MyChart.
• 6+ years of progressively professional experience in a business service area, in a healthcare and/or IT setting required; minimum of three years of supervisory experience.
• Experience leading Change Control and Design Review processes; Jira experience is helpful.
• Experience leading a team of Epic application experts; Epic experience in inpatient and outpatient settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned team members through their employment lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training and development.
• Coordinate team objectives, resources, projects, and work assignments; track progress against goals.
• Ensure products mature to deliver measurable value aligned with strategies and best practices.
• Lead design reviews and change control processes; collaborate with partners to improve processes and technology.
• Build strong relationships across members, leaders, and teams to optimize outcomes.
• Represent the Epic Product Team in committees and cross-functional forums.
