Job summary

Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio Company, is partnering with a dynamic energy corporation to recruit an EPC Contracts Attorney for a part-time, indefinite remote role.

Start date ASAP, 5-10 hours per week with ramp up to 20+ as needed. You will handle subcontractor and contractor agreements for large-scale solar or battery storage projects, drafting, negotiating, and redlining in energy and construction contexts.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of legal experience with commercial contracts in energy/construction.
• Experience drafting and negotiating EPC/subcontractor agreements in energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Handle overflow work involving the company’s contractor agreements for construction and installation of large-scale energy projects (solar or battery storage).
• Draft, negotiate, and redline construction contracts and related procurement agreements in energy contexts.
• Support attorneys with contracting matters as needed.
