Job summary

Pinchin US is seeking a Senior Technical Manager – LSRP in Hamilton, New Jersey to lead environmental due diligence and remediation efforts. The role focuses on technical leadership, project and client management, and mentorship of regional EDR staff.

You will drive high-quality assessments and remediation strategies, oversee deliverables, and collaborate with leadership to train staff and advance practice initiatives. A PE license is preferred, and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an environmentally oriented field.
• New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) required.
• 15+ years of professional experience in environmental consulting or engineering.
• Project management and budgeting proficiency.
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition and retention.
• Ability to plan and execute projects and communicate scope changes clearly.
• Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to regional EDR staff with guidance and mentorship.
• Ensure technical oversight and quality control of EDR services and deliverables.
• Operate with authority over regional technical decisions.
• Collaborate with management to train staff in Pinchin programs and procedures.
• Contribute to practice line initiatives, SOPs, templates, and reference materials.
• Perform senior consulting, project management, and client management duties.
• Provide technical input during RFP processes.
• Support business development initiatives.
• Lead by example in line with Pinchin’s core values and culture.
