Job summary

SLR International Corporation in Massachusetts is seeking a senior, client-facing environmental leader to expand our remediation, investigation, and compliance portfolio. You will leverage your technical excellence and business development acumen to grow an active book of work and deliver high-impact projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geological/Environmental Engineering or Sciences.
• Massachusetts LSP certification required; PE, PG, LEP, LSRP a plus.
• Experience with site investigations and remediation (soil, groundwater, indoor air, sediments).
• Understanding of Environmental Site Assessments and MCP; experience in nearby states a plus.
• 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER and 8-hour refresher training.
• Experience with project management systems (Deltek) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow an active book of work across environmental investigation, remediation, and compliance.
• Leverage client relationships and expand new ones through networking and outreach.
• Lead proposal development, scopes of work, and pricing strategies.
• Serve as Principal-in-Charge or senior technical lead on complex projects.
• Oversee data interpretation, modeling, remedy evaluation, design and implementation.
• Manage budgets, schedules, team allocation, and resource planning.
• Act as trusted advisor to industrial, commercial, municipal, and legal-sector clients.
• Lead client meetings and project strategy sessions.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior staff.
