Job summary
Viron Compliance Group seeks an Environmental Compliance Data Administrator to support international clients from a fully remote position within Germany. You will manage environmental data, registrations and declarations, ensuring accuracy and timely updates across databases and portals.

Qualifications
- Experience in administration, data management, customer service or compliance.
- Enjoy structured processes, documents and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and reliable follow-up on open items.
- Comfort with Excel, databases and online portals.
- Fluent in English; German language is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit EPR registrations for packaging, electrical equipment, batteries and other products.
- Complete regular environmental data declarations for clients.
- Review client data for completeness, plausibility and consistency.
- Request missing information from clients and follow up accordingly.
- Communicate with environmental authorities and relevant organisations.
- Keep internal systems accurate and up to date.
- Monitor deadlines for registrations and reporting.
- Maintain client records and compliance information in databases.
