Job summary

PROtect seeks an Environmental Engineer or Consultant to support environmental compliance, emissions calculations, and related consulting projects for industrial clients across renewable fuels, manufacturing, energy, and chemical industries.

You will analyze data, develop practical solutions, and help clients understand regulatory requirements while collaborating with an experienced team. Remote work options and periodic site visits are available.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in environmental-focused engineering or technical science required.
Minimum 4 years in environmental consulting, permitting, or compliance with EPA/state regulations.
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

Provide environmental consulting ensuring client regulatory compliance and prepare permits and reports.
Assist clients in developing facility environmental policies and compliance frameworks.
Support air, water, and GHG reporting and permitting projects.
Engage with state and federal agencies and communicate complex environmental information.
