Job summary

gpac is seeking highly motivated individuals for fully remote Search Consultant roles. This commission-driven position offers 30-75% of production with no cap, training provided, and ongoing coaching.

You will build client and candidate relationships, screen and place top talent, and leverage recruiting tools to close deals from your home or office. We offer full benefits, 401(k), a robust training program, and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data basing and technological skills.
• Business Development, Client Relationship, Marketing or Sales background preferred.
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.
