Job summary

gpac is seeking highly motivated individuals to join as fully remote Search Consultants. This commission-driven role offers potential to earn between 30-75% of production with strong growth at a family-owned executive search firm established over 35 years ago.

Responsibilities include building relationships with clients, screening candidates, and assisting in offers. Training, resources, and ongoing coaching are provided to help you reach earning goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong database and technological skills.
• Business Development, Client Relationship, Marketing or Sales background preferred.
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
• A degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.
