Job summary

gpac is seeking entry-level remote Search Consultants in the Oshkosh, WI area, offering a work-from-home opportunity. We provide training, tools, and guidance to help you achieve high earnings in a commission-driven role, with no cap on potential earnings.

You’ll build relationships with clients and candidates, fill urgent positions, and use recruiting tools to place top talent across industries. A degree is preferred but not required, and there is ongoing coaching and a strong team-driven

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong data basing and technological skills.
• Business Development, Client Relationship, Marketing or Sales background preferred.
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
• Effective negotiation skills.
• A degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Cold call, qualify, screen, and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.
