Great American Employer Health Solutions, a division of Great American Insurance Group, is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join a remote team focused on employer health solutions. You will learn from experienced reps, work on RFPs, broker outreach, and participate in the full sales cycle while developing underwriting and broker relationships.

The role offers hands-on training, exposure to Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded plans, and a pathway to advance into a full Sales

Qualifications

• Comfortable building professional relationships with business leaders and insurance professionals.

Responsabilités

• Partner with experienced sales representatives to learn the Employer Health Solutions business and develop consultative sales skills.
• Review and process RFPs, analyze opportunities, and communicate with brokers regarding underwriting considerations and eligibility requirements.
• Support the sales team with prospect and broker outreach, meeting coordination, follow-up activities, and account management tasks.
• Participate in meetings with insurance brokers, agencies, business owners, and prospective clients to gain exposure to the sales process.
• Build knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through structured training and on-the-job experience.
• Develop an understanding of underwriting guidelines, healthcare insurance products, and market dynamics.
• Attend industry conferences, broker events, and training programs to expand industry knowledge and relationships.
• Maintain accurate activity records and assist with sales reporting, CRM updates, and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with underwriting and internal business partners to support new business opportunities.
• Progress through a structured training program designed to prepare you for advancement into a full Sales Representative role.
