Great American Employer Health Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative. This role offers hands-on training and mentorship as you build a long-term career in insurance sales.

You will work remotely within the continental United States, partnering with experienced reps to learn the Employer Health Solutions business, support outreach, meetings, and CRM updates while progressing through a structured training program to become a full Sales Representative.

Qualifications

• Degree required in a relevant field as listed.
• Comfortable building professional relationships with business leaders.
• Background in internships, part-time roles, or customer-facing activities demonstrating drive.

Responsibilities

• Partner with experienced reps to learn the Employer Health Solutions business.
• Support sales activities including prospecting, broker outreach, meetings, and account management.
• Attend meetings with brokers, agencies, and clients to learn the sales process.
• Build knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through training.
• Understand underwriting guidelines, healthcare products, and market dynamics.
• Attend industry conferences and broker events to expand knowledge.
• Maintain activity records and assist with CRM updates and pipeline management.
• Progress through a structured training program toward advancement into a full Sales Representative role.
