You will collaborate with experienced reps, support outreach, attend industry events, and progress through a structured training program designed for advancement into a full Sales Representative role. Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Risk Management, Communications, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in insurance, healthcare benefits, or business development.
• Able to work remotely within continental US.

Responsibilities

• Partner with experienced sales representatives to learn the Employer Health Solutions business and develop consultative sales skills.
• Support the sales team with prospect and broker outreach, meeting coordination, follow-up activities, and account management tasks.
• Participate in meetings with insurance brokers, agencies, business owners, and prospective clients to gain exposure to the sales process.
• Attend industry conferences, broker events, and training programs to expand industry knowledge and relationships.
• Maintain accurate activity records and assist with sales reporting, CRM updates, and pipeline management.
• Progress through a structured training program designed to prepare you for advancement into a full Sales Representative role.
