You’ll train, mentor, and support clients seeking information on supplemental benefits, delivering excellent service through Zoom and phone appointments.

No prior insurance experience is required, and ongoing coaching helps you grow into leadership roles within a supportive, remote-first culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Access to a computer or laptop with reliable internet.
• Have a webcam and microphone capability.
• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and scheduled phone appointments.
• Build strong client relationships through professional, personalized service.
• Educate clients about available benefit programs and enrollment options.
• Assist clients throughout the enrollment process.
• Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication.
• Maintain accurate electronic client records.
