Job summary

AO Globe Life is hiring remote entry-level representatives to help families understand and enroll in life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits. No experience required, with comprehensive training and licensing support, plus qualified leads and 100% remote work across the United States.

Responsibilities include meeting clients virtually, explaining benefits, guiding enrollment, and providing ongoing customer service.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Ability to obtain any required state insurance license.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administration, call center, or sales is welcomed—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with clients using Zoom and phone.
• Connect with qualified members who have requested information.
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.
• Recommend personalized benefit solutions based on each client’s needs.
• Guide clients through the enrollment process.
• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates.
• Provide exceptional ongoing customer service and support.
• Maintain accurate records while following company and state compliance standards.
• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.
