AO – American Income Division of Globe Life is hiring a Work From Home Customer Care Associate (Entry Level) to help families understand life, accident, and related insurance benefits from a fully remote setting in the United States.

No prior insurance experience is required; the company provides comprehensive training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing professional development to build a successful remote-care career.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Be physically located within the United States
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Access to a reliable computer or laptop and high-speed internet
• Webcam and microphone capability
• Quiet, professional workspace
• Willing to complete required training and licensing
• Willing to obtain Life & Health Insurance license (licensing guidance provided)

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual member benefits information and enrollment assistance via Zoom and phone
• Answer questions clearly and professionally with a focus on client needs
• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
• Build and sustain long-term relationships through proactive client service
• Guide clients through applications and licensing processes and provide ongoing support
