No prior insurance experience is required as comprehensive training and mentorship are offered. Applicants must be able to work remotely within the United States, communicate effectively, and manage scheduling flexibly.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Comfort with Zoom and phone-based interactions.
• Ability to guide clients through benefits options and enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients via scheduled Zoom/phone appointments and build relationships.
• Explain life, accident, and health insurance options and answer questions.
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment with accurate documentation.
• Provide ongoing client support and policy service recommendations.
• Maintain accurate digital records and adhere to licensing requirements.
