No prior insurance experience is required. We provide structured training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing development to help you build a rewarding, commission-based career with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include being 18+, legally eligible to work in the United States, and physically located in the U.S.
• Must have access to a computer or laptop, reliable internet, webcam, and quiet workspace.
• Hold or be willing to obtain the appropriate Life & Health Insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients through Zoom and phone to explain life, accident, and health benefits.
• Provide needs-based coverage recommendations and guide enrollment.
• Assist with required documentation and policy service requests.
• Deliver professional, personalized customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Complete onboarding and participate in coaching/mentorship for skill development.
