Job summary

Sand Cherry Associates is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Transformation PMO Lead to build and run a new enterprise PMO across multiple transformation programs. This role requires executive presence, stakeholder alignment, and a data-driven operating model to drive measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in program/PMO leadership, PMP/MBA and a track record of establishing PMOs from the ground up, with strong change management capabilities and a focus on enterprise-wide

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive Program Management, Portfolio Management, and/or PMO leadership.
Proven success establishing and operationalizing enterprise PMOs from the ground up.
Experience across multiple enterprise transformation programs with executive stakeholders.
Experience in IMO, mergers/acquisitions, or strategic transformations preferred.
Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy Services, or Oilfield equipment manufacturing preferred.
Deep expertise in process engineering, operational excellence, and enterprise transformation.
Proven Organizational Change Management leadership including exec communications and training.
Executive presence and strong facilitation and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and tight timelines.

Responsibilities

Establish, operationalize, and lead an enterprise PMO with governance, operating model, standards, and KPI reporting.
Provide executive leadership across multiple transformation programs aligned to strategy.
Develop enterprise portfolio governance with steering committees and stage gates.
Lead process engineering and optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and governance.
Drive cross-functional transformation across O2C, ERP, finance, operations, and supply chain.
Develop change management plans including stakeholder engagement and user adoption.
Establish dashboards, KPI reporting, and transformation health metrics.
Monitor budgets, schedules, risks, and resources with proactive mitigation.
Prepare executive materials for Board and Steering Committees.
Institute sustainable PMO governance and best practices for client handover.
Develop transition plans including knowledge transfer and operational readiness.
