Job summary

Hexion Inc. is seeking a hands-on transformation project leader who drives AI-enabled process redesigns from idea to implementation. You’ll work closely with business teams to map and reimagine workflows, breaking legacy patterns and delivering measurable improvements.

You will apply AI, automation, and modern process improvement tools to create momentum, build partnerships, and maintain pace toward tangible results while navigating resistance and ambiguity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in consulting, project management, process improvement, or an analytical role.
• Owned a piece of work end-to-end and carried it to a result.
• Uses AI daily in your own work and can demonstrate how.
• Experience in consulting, rotational, or leadership-development programs; exposure to complex business problems is a plus.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or exposure to structured problem-solving welcome.
• No prior chemicals, operations, procurement, or supply chain experience required; learning agility and speed valued.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end domain processes from current state to a redesigned future state using AI, automation, and data.
• Own defined projects in transformation portfolio with accountability for execution and impact.
• Collaborate with business teams to map, pilot, and implement new ways of working.
• Immerse quickly in unfamiliar subject matter and become a trusted partner to sponsors.
• Ask hard questions and challenge assumptions with data-backed analysis.
• Deliver measurable outcomes, turning discussions into decisions and delivery.
• Track impact with financial and operational metrics; ensure benefits are realized.
• Lead working sessions and create materials to surface issues and drive accountability.
• Manage project execution with milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and escalations.
