Job summary

WesBanco Bank, Inc. is seeking a Lead Digital Transformation Officer in Information Technology to drive enterprise-wide transformation programs.

The role partners with business lines, technology teams, and executive leadership to prioritize and deliver strategic projects that improve efficiency and experiences for customers and employees. You will manage the project portfolio, oversee resource capacity planning, and establish governance to ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in banking, operations, project management, business transformation, or related areas required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Project Management, Operations Management, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and business units.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Lean Six Sigma, or comparable certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Bank's digital transformation efforts by coordinating strategic initiatives that improve business processes and customer/employee experiences.
• Partners with executive leadership to identify, evaluate, and prioritize transformation opportunities aligned with goals.
• Establishes and maintains enterprise project intake, prioritization, and governance processes.
• Manages the transformation project portfolio and oversees capacity planning across departments.
• Develops project plans, assigns responsibilities, and monitors progress through to completion.
• Creates executive-level dashboards communicating status, risks, and outcomes and supports change management initiatives.
