Job summary

Cardinal Health WaveMark Solutions is seeking a Manager, Professional Training Services to lead the training workstream for customer implementations and enterprise deployment. This role partners with Project Management, Customer Success, Product Management, and customer stakeholders to ensure training readiness and successful adoption.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in training-related roles, strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, and experience delivering onsite and virtual

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in training, implementation, onboarding, or change management initiatives preferred.
• Experience delivering onsite and virtual instructor-led training programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead training workstream for assigned customer implementations and enterprise deployment.
• Oversee third-party training resources to ensure quality and consistency across multiple deployments.
• Develop scalable training strategies aligned with milestones and customer readiness.
• Manage onboarding, hands-on learning, and virtual training delivery to drive adoption.
