Cribl is seeking a remote-first Solutions Engineering professional to support enterprise sales for our telemetry and observability platform. You will partner with IT and Security buyers during pre-sales, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept work to show how the platform handles logs, metrics, and security telemetry data at scale.

This role requires delivering product demonstrations, supporting PoCs, translating telemetry challenges into clear value stories, and documenting use cases for our

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with logs, metrics, IT operations, and security telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product demonstrations and answer technical questions during initial sales calls with enterprise prospects.
• Support proof-of-concept sessions, helping prospective customers evaluate the platform inside real-world environments.
• Translate complex telemetry and data challenges into clear value narratives and concrete use cases.
• Document interesting use cases in blog posts and product documentation to expand the public knowledge base.
• Partner closely with sales and product teams, with up to 30% travel and occasional work outside standard hours.
