Ladders, on behalf of our client in the Finance & Insurance sector, seeks an Enterprise Architect to shape technical vision and architecture strategy in a remote US-based role.

The incumbent will partner with engineering, business, and executives to translate goals into secure, scalable designs, contributing hands-on to guide investment decisions and future-state technology directions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise, infrastructure, systems, or software architecture.
• Proven track record defining technical vision and strategy for complex initiatives.
• Deep experience designing secure, scalable solutions across environments.
• Ability to influence decisions with executives and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve the technical vision and architecture strategy for major initiatives.
• Lead engineering and architecture direction for large-scale projects as a hands-on contributor.
• Design secure, resilient, and scalable enterprise solutions across multiple platforms.
• Translate business goals and client needs into clear architecture options and specifications.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences effectively.
• Partner across functions to align on architecture priorities and investment decisions.
• Evaluate current capabilities and emerging technologies to recommend future-state approaches.
