Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Business System Analyst (Governance) for remote engagement. This contract role partners with Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, Security, Risk, and Operations to assess architecture, integration, and governance across enterprise systems.

The analyst will evaluate current-state and target-state architectures, document data flows, APIs, and system interactions, and drive improvements aligned with security and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Analytical technical expert and trusted advisor for enterprise systems and governance.
• Experience partnering with Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Risk, and Operations teams.
• Experience evaluating architecture, data flows, APIs, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Architecture and Engineering to evaluate current-state and target-state architectures.
• Analyze architectures, interfaces, data flows, and dependencies to identify risks and improvements.
• Participate in architecture reviews and provide recommendations on scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Develop business capability mappings and system interaction models.
• Assess technical impact of changes across applications and platforms.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise standards and information security requirements.
• Identify and mitigate technology-related risks with Risk and Compliance teams.
• Measure governance effectiveness with defined metrics and KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement using data and stakeholder feedback.
• Lead cross-functional assessment of complex business and technology challenges.
